Zöldtyme provides a plastic bottle pickup and recycling service in Budapest. We connect users wishing to recycle with logistics partners who collect these materials.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where pick-up locations are inaccessible, materials are contaminated or not separated correctly, or during periods of high demand where capacity is reached.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

If you create an account or provide personal details for our Beta Pilot, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (if applicable) and for all activities that occur under your account.

Users must ensure that only accepted recyclable materials (PET bottles) are included in the pickup bags. Zöldtyme reserves the right to reject collections that contain non-compliant waste.

3. Payouts and Credits

Payouts and credits earned through the recycling program are processed according to the schedule defined in our internal guidelines and FAQ.

While we strive for timely processing, Zöldtyme is not responsible for bank delays, technical failures in payment processing systems, or delays caused by third-party financial institutions. Credits have no cash value until successfully redeemed through our approved channels.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
